About

We help customers to setup a Walk-in Center and provide IT onsite services across the Korea. Walk-In-Center (WIC) Support provides the End User the ability to walk-in to a specified location during opening hours to receive face to face support. Onsite Support Engineers at the WIC will assist End Users with Support questions/issues relating to End User Device Support issues (i.e. Break-fix; Microsoft 365 core applications) • How to submit a Ticket (WIC can perform on your behalf if necessary) • End User Device return (break-fix replacement; Refresh) • Support for End User Device Self Service installation (as a result of break-fix replacement or Refresh)
